Set up 01 overall weather station to measure parameters of temperature, humidity, solar radiation, precipitation, wind speed, wind direction, leaf wetness. This area is often flooded by Gianh river. The station monitor parameters of weather and provide for specialized agencies of Quang Binh province, supply weather forecast service for small area. Agrimedia provides the feature of warning thresholds through SMS and email for commune officers and farmers.
