Set up 01 overall weather station for wet rice cultivation area in Ha Nam province to measure parameters of temperature, humidity, solar radiation, precipitation, wind speed, wind direction, leaf wetness.
Monitor real-time agricultural meteorology, warn threshold of extreme climate phenomenon, warn of pestilent insect for crop plants in each weather condition, supply subarea weather forecast with high precision to help farmers optimize cultivation and save cost.
